SheenGuard custom and pillow designed blanket booms are our specialty. Our absorbent pillows are filled with our solidifying absorbent, PetroGuard D and can be clipped together to form a long absorbent blanket of almost any practical length.

Our customers use standard and custom made blankets to remove floating oil and sheens from industrial holding ponds, clarification ponds along with other intermediate steps prior to water discharge. SheenGuard blanket-booms are also ideal for use in contained bodies of water such as shipyards, harbors, marinas and on-shore areas where the presence of standing oil and sheens is likely.

Designed with additional flotation to prevent sinking under any circumstances, they remain on the surface of water, absorbing all traces of oil and sheen.
