New Boom - Recycled Cellulose - Environmentally Friendly

We have received great reviews on our 99% recycled cellulose fiber boom. A large client of ours and an emergency response team took the new cellulose boom out into the Gulf and tested it. They switched all of their polypropylene boom orders over to cellulose boom immediately.

Not only are these truly enviro-friendly, made of 99% recycled fill, biodegradable, and pass TCLP standards, but they usually sell at a 50% premium and are now less costly than polypropylene boom (due to the supply chain shortage of PP). These boom absorb more than PP boom, and because they weigh 26-28 lbs per bale (vs. 20 lb for PP), they help with the dispersant infected oil that is "riding low" and passing under boom that has been deployed.

Plus, we will be tripling our boom mfg. capacity with this addition, and should be able to produce 5 TLs of these boom per day.
