Foam Concentrates
Fire-fighting foam concentrates to meet a wide range of fire-fighting challenges, including industrial, marine, mining, municipal, oil, petrochemical, and transportation. Our aqueous film-forming foams (AFFFs), Class A foams, wetting agents, high-expansion foam concentrates, and protein foams are suitable for ground and air attack, creating firebreaks, use with compressed-air foam systems (CAFS), and mop-up operations. Our fire-fighting foams are some of the most environmentally friendly products in their class in the world. Our AFFF products have 30-70% less fluorochemical content than other UL Listed products on the market, while our alcohol-resistant aqueous film-forming foam (AR-AFFF) has the lowest and best application rate in the industry. Because of their effectiveness, Chemguard foam concentrates can achieve knockdown faster and with lower product volumes than similar agents, which can substantially lessen property damage and environmental impact.
Dry ChemicalsChemguard has supplied high-quality fire-fighting dry chemicals for more than two decades. Our full line of Class A, Class B, and Class C dry chemicals delivers superior and consistent performance. In addition, Chemguard fire-fighting dry chemical products are compatible with foam concentrates, allowing twin-agent application. Available in a wide range of container sizes – 50-pound pails to 2,000-pound bulk bags – Chemguard's dry chemicals are classified for discharge performance and compatibility with extinguishers and other brands. Dry chemical fire extinguishers can be recharged with our agents as a substitute or replacement for original agents in accordance with NFPA 10 and UL 299. From refills for the industry's smallest extinguishers to mobile and fixed installations and training facilities, Chemguard has the right fire-fighting dry chemical for the job.
