Industrial Waste Sludge Solidifier
Guardian solidifiers are widely used to stabilize and solidify a wide range of industrial and medical waste applications.

- Reduces disposal costs – less than 1% volume increase.
- Increases production efficiency – mixes quickly.
- Passes paint filter test - EPA Test Method 9095
- Many waste streams pass TCLP (EPA Test Method 1311) for RCRA metals after solidification.
- Approved as a solidification agent into landfills : non-biodegradable.
- Effectively solidifies a wide range of waste liquids.
- Solidifies industrial waste, mixed waste, and hazardous waste streams.
- Guardian's super absorbent materials solidify industrial liquid wastes with a nominal volume increase.
Environmental contractors use super absorbent polymers to solidify liquid wastes collected as part of pit and tank cleanings, lagoon maintenance, and general facility contracting.
Most facilities have converted their waste solidification processes to super absorbent polymers to save money by reducing waste volumes and disposal costs. While SAP is not entirely appropriate for all waste streams, it has been found to be effective in most instances. For waste streams containing petroleum or other hydrocarbon products, consider using PetroGuard in conjunction with SAP.
Benefits:
SAP is an effective, efficient, and cost-effective replacement for saw dust, lime kiln dust, and Portland cement, whose heavy weights make transportation and disposal expensive. Super absorbent polymers expand the size of your liquid waste by only 1%!
- Rapid Absorption & Solidification
- Minimal Volume Increase
- Generates Less Dust
- Cleaner
- Quicker
- Cost effective
